I'm Esteban Montes, Interaction Designer and founder of Mucho Design Studio. My work spans the Abercrombie & Fitch app, which became the company's top sales channel; the Google + ADT smart home platform, home to the first-ever e-commerce sales channel of its kind; and a redesign of Universal Studios' booking experience. I work at the intersection of product strategy, experience design, and the craft that turns complex systems into effortless moments.
