RESULTS AND IMPLEMENTATION

We got great feedback from our user tests and it really challenged our design and assumptions. It was a proved to be a very valuable exercise. Many small pain points were identified, and we have made everything clearer and easier to navigate. We have taken everything into careful consideration and have now moved insights into action on a new iteration of our designs. We believe this design will be very effective for users looking to customize their security system and to go through the completion of their custom system and ultimately to conversion.
