USER EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENTS

We got great feedback from our user tests, and it really challenged our design and assumptions. It proved to be a very valuable exercise. Many small pain points were identified, and we have made everything clearer and easier to navigate. We have taken everything into careful consideration and have now moved insights into action on a new iteration of our designs. This design made it easier and more engaging for customers looking to customize their security system and to go through building their custom system, and ultimately to conversion.

• Record Sales volume for ADT.com with 10,666 Sales (up 17% YoY!!!​)

• 470 eCommerce Sales!​ (Up 49% MoM and 618% YoY!!!​)

• Our e-commerce sales in 2022 have gone up by 350% compared with a year ago, without negatively impacting our inbound and outbound calls.

• Our long-term goal is to reach within 3 years 30% of all sales coming from our eCommerce experience.
